I had version 11 before and it worked fine even under Lion 10.7.2. My sub ran out so I upgrade to version 12, download the installer and it removed 11 and installed 12. Seemed to activate fine, however when it tried to run the updater, it would give me an error that an error had occurred and to retry - nothing worked. Reboot and tried again. No luck either. It seems to either not be installed correction even tho i was. So used the uninstaller and removed the product - during the install it removed Stuffit Deluxe framework or something like that. Did not make a difference - still can not run liveupdate due to the error, can't turn on virus protection or configure it - say scan engine not loaded so try running liveupdated.
